Victoria Beckham wowed fans by posting a shirtless snap of husband David Beckham in tiny pink printed swim shorts while on holiday in Italy.
The photo was taken near Positano on southern Italy’s Amalfi Coast during a trip on a luxury yacht where David, 47, posed on the deck.
The footballer is seen smiling, hands on hips, toned and with visible tattoos against a backdrop of blue sea and sky.
“YOU ARE WELCOME!!!!!” former Spice Girl Victoria, 48, cheekily captioned the Instagram post. “Kisses from Positano @davidbeckham.”
The couple celebrated their wedding anniversary earlier this month, on July 4th.

The fans didn’t hold back their appreciation. “Very kind of you to share this,” one wrote, while another commented, “Thank you Ms Beckham!!!!!!”
“It’s like a little polka dot bikini,” joked another, while others take credit for how handsome he was.
Meanwhile, David exposed his wife in his own way, sharing an amusing Instagram video of her walking past the window doing leg lunges and squats, with the caption: “WAIT FOR IT can’t have a coffee without longing Vic. “
Observing: Victoria Beckham used one of her first TikTok posts to poke fun at her ultra-strict eating habits
“Looks like I lost my training partner this holiday, David!” she commented, while her personal trainer Bobby Rich wrote: “Getting them gainz! Sit down and enjoy the cup of coffee, dear boy.”
Her Italian getaway comes after a trip to Croatia during which Victoria shared a sweet snap of David with her daughter Harper, 11.

While he seems to have fallen behind Victoria on her travels with what is known as ‘leg day’ and hasn’t played professionally in years, David has still maintained his athletic physique, as evidenced by the snap in his swim shorts.
David Beckham’s fitness program
What does his fitness regime look like when he gets home?
“My weekly routine is, you know, I get up to do the school run and then I do the workout and go to the office,” he told Men’s Health.
“I could never match the level of training I did when I was professional football. And of course I’m getting older now too.”
Beckham told the magazine that while he’s tried cycling, weightlifting and many other ways to keep fit since retiring in 2013, he missed the team aspect of training.
“I have to train with people,” he said. “I’m not very good at training alone, so I need to be motivated by people in a community environment.”

So when he’s not training (or competing) alongside Victoria, he’s teamed up with high-intensity interval studio chain F45 to design a class with famed trainer Gunnar Peterson based on some of David’s old favorite classes.
Peterson described Beckham’s education as “so comprehensive”.
“If you look at football, the changes of direction, the multi-direction and the multiple layers – there are certain shots that are out of balance where your body is in a different position or at a different angle,” he said .
The class the pair designed includes 11 moves, each performed for two sets for two rounds. In the first, the exercises last 32 seconds, with a 15-second break. In the second case, the work:rest ratio is 23 seconds on, 20 seconds off.
The four exercise types consist of Single Dumbbell or Kettlebell Alternating Clean, Barbell Romanian Deadlift with Underhand Row, Dumbbell Box Drop with Forward Lung, and Sandbag Sumo Squat to Biceps Curl to Shoulder Press.
And even Beckham, who of course also does the course, admitted that he doesn’t have it easy. “Some of those moves I haven’t done since I was a player. When I did that in the London studio, I ended up saying, ‘I have to apologize to everyone who was in that class with me.’”

And while he memorably outed Victoria for eating only grilled fish and steamed vegetables for 25 years, his diet has a little more variety.
“I get pretty emotional when it comes to food and wine. When I eat something great, I want everyone to taste it,” he said River cafe table 4 Podcast to host Ruthie Rogers.
“Unfortunately, I’m married to someone who’s been eating the same thing for 25 years. Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”
Known as a fine cook, he went on to discuss a memorable meal he prepared and indulged in that consisted of “two most amazing cuts of meat,” a T-bone and some English Wagyu, “a lovely tomato and shallot salad,” and “the greatest red wine”.
In addition to Harper, David and Victoria Beckham also share Brooklyn, 23, Romeo, 19, and Cruz, 17.
