The forthcoming release of Tom Bowers’ biography of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will send shockwaves through the Sussex camp, a royal commentator says. Featuring accounts from “insiders who’ve never spoken before,” the bombastic book aims to uncover the intricate web surrounding the Sussexes and their relationship with the royal family. In a hit for the couple, who now reside in California, the book reveals “an amazing tale of love, betrayal, secrets and revenge.”
Speaking to GB News, royal commentator Sarah Robertson said: “I mean, there are so many more bombshells in this book. But yes, it will send total shockwaves through the royal family – and also through the Sussex camp that has been fear it.
“I mean, Bower said to Meghan Markle, ‘Don’t expect to shut me up.’ He issued this warning.
“This book is explosive. It’s the book I’ve been waiting for with bated breath. And I can’t wait to lay my hand on the actual complete specimen.”
The biography, due to be released next Thursday, will lift the veil on the Sussexes’ deeply held secrets, which range from courtroom drama to courtly politics, revealed leading investigative biographer Tom Bower in the promotional material.
“Well, some of the excerpts that we have contain the most explosive allegations made by Tom Bower,” Ms Robertson said. “We heard how Megan and Harry surprised the Queen by choosing the name Lilibeth for their daughter who was born last year.
“There are claims that they asked the Queen for permission but they have not commented on having Lilibeth’s name registered, her lawyers had her name registered on the website two days before the child was born.
“And Harry called the Queen after her birthday and told her – don’t ask – that her daughter’s name was Lilibeth, which took the Queen by surprise
“I mean, that was such a private personal name given to the Queen by her grandfather George V, who I think would be rolling in his grave at the tautness of the spectacle to which Harry and Meghan have reduced the royal family .”

Ms Robertson continued: “Other things that have come along are Meghan’s friendships, so-called friendships with celebrities like Serena Williams. Serena Williams told Vanity Fair when they did a bio article about her ahead of her engagement to Prince Harry that she wasn’t a friend of Meghan’s, that she was just an acquaintance.
“Meghan’s claims of philanthropy and global activism that she wants to be proud of, as Vanity Fair apparently fact checked the interview they had with her and she claimed – I don’t know if you can remember – She’s talked about it a lot before.
“That was she got Procter and Gamble in the United States to change their advertising slogan and so it wasn’t sexist towards women. And now Hillary Clinton had written a letter back to her and you know, Procter and Gamble. That was fictitious.
“When Vanity Fair checked this with Procter and Gamble and with advertising historians, it wasn’t true. Hillary Clinton never wrote a letter back. And it turned out to be a story invented by Thomas Markle, a father who adores his daughter.”
