Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s enchanting garden, pond and playground revealed

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved into their Montecito mansion with their son Archie in July 2020, and the couple have since welcomed baby Lilibet. The stunning place they call home boasts 7.38 acres of pristine gardens and since living there, Prince Harry and Megan Markle have allowed fans to see their outdoor space via a few photos.

For a TIME Part of their garden was revealed during the cover shoot that named the couple one of the 100 most influential people of 2021. The Sussexes went outside for their iconic shoot and the backdrop is reportedly their own compound.

One of the photos shows the couple walking along a gravel path surrounded by tropical plants and trees in relaxed-looking flowerbeds.

Royal fans have also caught a glimpse of her stunning garden through the windows of her mansion. In one photo, Meghan sat by a stone fireplace with a potted plant in the corner and her traditional window overlooked lush greenery.

What else do we know about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s garden?

During the couple’s now legendary Oprah interview, the royals showed off their chicken coop full of chickens they rescued from a farm.

The wooden structure is inscribed ‘Archie’s Chick Inn’ in honor of the couple’s son. So pretty!

According to the original property listings, the garden is a paradise for their two children, Archie and Lilibet, as there is a huge adventure playground.

Your beautiful outdoor area is visible from the windows

It’s complete with two slides, a jungle gym, a tightrope, a helter skelter and two types of climbing walls, while the color scheme is a rainbow of different hues.

It’s also been revealed that the couple have their own vegetable patch on site and enjoy enjoying homegrown vegetables wherever possible. We’re sure Prince Harry inherited his green thumb from his father Prince Charleswho is an avid gardener.

Meghan and Harry reportedly spent £11.2million on their home and it has nine bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, plus a separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house.
