LIMP BIZKIT was forced to cancel his previously announced European tour due to “personal health concerns” surrounding the band’s frontman, Fred Durst.
Today (Sunday, July 17) fred released the following statement on the matter: “Due to personal health reasons and based on the medical advice of my personal doctor to take an immediate break from touring, LIMP BIZKIT unfortunately have to postpone their 2022 UK and European tour. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our loyal fans, promoters and support staff. Wait for more news. sincerely, fred & LIMP BIZKIT“.

“In preparation for the 2022 summer tour in the UK and Europe, I decided to do some tests to make sure I was in good physical condition and everything was fine. And to my surprise, my doctor decided to send me a letter telling me he doesn’t want me to go on tour at this point and stay around for more tests.And apart from that, that was very unexpected news and i am so sorry and i look forward to making it up to you soon and i can only thank you so much for your support and i am truly grateful to everyone who took the time to to relax and see from their busy lives LIMP BIZKIT perform this summer. And I’m looking forward to making amends as soon as possible, and I’m definitely already trying to think of ways to do that.

LIMP BIZKIT‘s latest album, “still shit”, came out last October. The LP arrived two months later LIMP BIZKIT canceled all previously announced live performances for 2021, saying in a statement it was doing so “out of caution and concern for the safety of the band, crew and most importantly, the fans.”
LIMP BIZKIT was due to perform at several festivals last summer and fall, including aftershocks, blue ridge, rebel rock and Rocklahoma.
Last April LIMP BIZKIT released the official music video for the song “Daddy Vibes”. The clip features guest appearances by STEEL PANTHER‘s Michael Starr and Stix Zadinia.
“Daddy Vibes”which originally premiered during the band’s concert at Lollapalooza in July 2021, will be published on “still shit”.
Before the arrival of “still shit”, LIMP BIZKIT had not released a new studio LP since 2011 “Golden Cobra”although the band has spent a great deal of time writing and recording music over the past decade.
