“2022 has proven to be a pivotal year for Libro as we see restaurants trying to weather the pandemic and deal with the effects of inflation,” said Lorne Schwartz, President of Libro. “We help retailers optimize guest counts and reduce no-shows, which positively impacts their bottom line. Our challenges now are to keep up with demand and continue to provide excellent service.”
In addition to expanding its client list, Libro has more than doubled the company’s headcount and has seen recurring revenue growth of more than 100% for the third year in a row. The company continued to capitalize on its momentum by launching an affiliate program with Groupex Canada and Speed of Light, for their two restaurants, the K & L Series, and were among the first to join.
While the ubiquitous reservation model drives restaurant owners to market to their own customers, restaurateurs use Libro own all their guest data. Libro’s vision of providing retailers with the tools they need to market their guests and keep them coming back to the restaurant will not only help manage reservations but also increase sales.
“We are very excited about our new partnerships as well as new product features rolling out later this year to help merchants increase customer retention and revenue,” said Schwartz. “We’ve barely skimmed the surface of all the value-add opportunities we can offer, and that’s when the fun really begins.”
Libro is one of North America’s leading online reservation management solutions, providing restaurants with an affordable, fully branded solution to fill tables, manage reservations, reduce no-shows, retain customers and enhance the overall guest experience. The company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform enables restaurateurs to control the entire online reservation experience, storing all customer information and eliminating costly commission models often associated with third-party reservation sites. Headquartered in Montreal, the Libro reservations platform is deployed at over 2,500 locations across Canada, the United States and Europe. Visit www.librorez.com for more information.
