A Kardashian health scare. Kris Jenner‘s mysterious illness is in the foreground Kardashians Season 2 teaser showing her lying in a hospital bed.
In the trailer released on Monday July 11th, Khloe Kardashian approached her mother, 66, while Kris sat on the couch.
“I don’t know what’s the matter with you,” said the Good American founder, 38, before the scene quickly switched to the mother in the hospital. As she lay in bed wearing a medicated hair covering, Kris’ longtime friend said, Corey Gamblegave her a kiss on the forehead – as the Safely founder’s worried voiceover began playing over the clip.
“I can’t tell my kids I’m scared,” cried Kris in a confessional, wiping away tears. “You have enough problems. You don’t have to worry about mom.”
The entrepreneur, who shared the trailer via her Instagram account, noted in the caption that the second season of “@Kardashianshulu is coming to @hulu, Disney+ international and Star+ in Latin America on September 22nd. #TheKardashians.”
Though the trailer didn’t reveal the TV personality’s specific health concerns, the Kardashian-Jenner family had to deal with a horrific health concern late last month.
On June 28th Kourtney Kardashians husband, Travis Barkerwas hospitalized for pancreatitis – which he developed after a routine endoscopy he had a day earlier.
“During the endoscopy I had a very small polyp removed directly in a very sensitive area normally treated by specialists which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube,” the 46-year-old Blink-182 drummer wrote on his Instagram on July 2 -Story “This led to severe, life-threatening pancreatitis. I am so very, very grateful that I am currently doing much better with intensive treatment.”
For her part, 43-year-old Kourtney described the “scary and emotional week” the musician had been through.
“Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change,” she wrote on her own Instagram Story the same day. “Travis and I went together for a routine endoscopy,” she added, echoing her husband’s description of his “severe, life-threatening pancreatitis.”
The Poosh founder also acknowledged the well wishes from fans, fellow celebrities and her family. “I am so thankful to God for healing my husband, for all your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support,” Kourtney continued.
Travis, who has since been released from the hospital, was also showered with gifts from family and friends.
Two family members who reached out to the “All the Small Things” singer were Kris and Corey, 41. The couple sent Travis orange flowers, which he posted via Instagram on July 4.
“Dearest Travis, get well soon!!!! We love you Kris and Corey xoxo,” read the card that accompanied the bouquet.
Season 2 of The Kardashians Premiered on Hulu on September 22nd.
