Spill the tea…literally!
This week, Joe Amabile, Natasha Parker and Tia Booth, the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” hosts, broke down all the Bachelor Nation drama swirling around online.
In case you missed it, Katie Thurston sparked drama with Nick Viall when she shadowed him on social media and mentioned she blocked him.
Nick and his girlfriend Natalie responded to his podcast, calling out Katie and revealing their messages.
Also, Katie did a spill tea Q&A on her Instagram Stories, where she posted a throwback photo from the production of The Bachelorette season 16 that fans thought could be Hannah Ann Sluss.
Now Joe, Natasha and Tia are weighing out all the drama.
Joe began by saying: “Full transparency, I’m friends with Nick and Katie is sitting here and saying Nick isn’t relevant and she doesn’t give a damn about him, but she’s telling everyone she blocked him and you makes five fucking Instagram story slides. If you don’t care about him and he’s not relevant, then why is his name even coming out of your mouth? It’s just her saying she has all that tea.”

Natasha agreed, trying to figure out why Katie had to block Nick by saying, “There are people in the franchise who don’t like Nick because he speaks his mind and whatever. But I also know Nick and she said she blocked Nick. Is it because he won’t stop texting or calling you? No, where?!”
Joe added: “The truth is Nick is actually a lot more relevant. Nick’s podcast is doing very, very well. He has a huge podcast and he’s had some of the biggest guests on that podcast. So it’s actually quite relevant. He can talk about ‘Bachelor’ because he has a podcast that talks about it.”
And Natasha took a moment to shed some light on the true meaning of “spilling tea.”
She said: “If you skip tea, then it better be true. Tea means truth. It means you’ve either been there first hand or it happened to you or I personally spoke to that person. This is tea. That’s the only way it can be tea. You can’t say you’re having tea over someone, but then never talk to that person about it. If I drink tea, is it really hot, okay?”
And when it came to the tea Katie spilled, and then in her reaction to criticism she received online, Natasha called her hypocritical.

She said: “We had the 12 messy days, then we had this spilled tea. And you all know that I love a good cup of tea, you know that. But you also can’t be willing to spill tea and talk shit about people and then turn around and start talking about mental health. like what? You beat up someone and you beat up all your boys in the 12 days of disorder but then you worry about me as a lead man and protect my sanity. It’s a little contradictory. I’m here for the tea, but you have to say things with your chest.”
As for the photo, which may or may not have been Hannah Ann, Joe wondered why it was even mentioned.
He said: “Let’s say that wasn’t Hannah Ann, it was Tia. What the fuck difference does it make? How does it change the outcome? There is no difference.”
And Tia chimed in with her own tea, saying: “There was no point in bringing it up. none. For the record, I did an interview before the season of Clare and Tayshia, but that’s neither here nor there. I hit all the jokers. I thought I had a good chance, but they called and said they were going the other way.”
