Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially tied the knot, celebrating a love that’s been “twenty years patient.”

The couple wed at a late-night drive-through chapel in Las Vegas on Saturday, Lopez revealed in Sunday’s version of her newsletter, titled On the J Lo.

Lopez, 52, also announced her engagement to Affleck, 49, via her newsletter in April.

“Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient,” Lopez wrote in Sunday’s newsletter, titled We Made It.

Lopez signed the marriage announcement to her fans as “Jennifer Lynn Affleck.” Many outlets are reporting that the singer has taken her husband’s name, Ben Affleck, although Global News has not been able to verify this.

That On the ground The singer detailed the day’s events in her newsletter, telling fans that she, Affleck and their two children flew to Las Vegas on Saturday to receive the couple’s marriage license. They were married later that night at the Little White Chapel, in the drive-through Tunnel of Love.

Calling it the “best possible wedding we could have imagined,” Lopez also used a Bluetooth speaker to play her (brief) wedding march.

“Hang in there long enough and you might find the best moment of your life driving through Las Vegas at 12:30 a.m. in the tunnel of love. Drive through with your kids and whoever you will spend eternity with,” Lopez said.

When it comes to wedding-day fashion, both Lopez and Affleck kept things simple and pulled existing pieces from their closets, Lopez revealed in her newsletter.

The singer’s stylist, Chris Appleton, shared a video of Lopez in her floor-length white dress on Instagram.

Affleck wore a white tuxedo from his closet.

The stars changed at the venue, Lopez revealed, with her in the break room and Affleck in the men’s room.

In the newsletter, Lopez called her two children “the best witnesses imaginable” and wrote that she and her new husband “read our own vows in the little chapel and handed each other the rings that we would wear for the rest of the year.” life will carry our lives.”
