“Heavily pregnant” Pippa Middleton is expecting her third child, according to the source

Pippa Middleton is said to be “heavily pregnant” with her third child – as she is reportedly spending £15million on a family home in Berkshire.

Kate Middleton’s sister, Pippa, 38, already has two children with husband James Matthews: Arthur, three, and Grace, one.

She was widely rumored to be pregnant again after attending the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June and suffering from a bump.

Now a source has confirmed that Pippa and James are “thrilled” about the new arrival.

“Pippa and her family are thrilled,” confirmed a friend, Richard Eden, of the Daily Mail. “It’s a very exciting time in her life.”

The source also told Eden that Pippa and James are “looking forward to living closer to their parents” after reportedly buying an impressive £15million home in Berkshire.

Her new home is close to Pippa’s parents Michael and Carole Middleton in Bucklebury – and close to where her brother James owns a £1.45million farmhouse.

Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate, who have three children, are said to be considering a number of properties on the Queen’s Windsor estate.

Their children will all start at the same prep school in the county in September.

The latest news about Pippa and her husband James comes as the mother of two is set to graduate with honors from her Masters degree.

Pippa, who has studied how parents encourage activity in their children from a young age, has just graduated from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

After completing her studies, she opened up to the challenges of studying during her parental leave.

She said: “It took a little getting used to getting back into college, but I felt really well supported by the UWTSD team.

“The nature of the course, broken down into specific modules, also meant it was easier to break down each semester’s requirements.”

Pippa added, “I’ve enjoyed the balance between work and motherhood and started reading, writing and studying again.”

She said her experience raising her young children inspired her to get involved in preschool activities. “I’m passionate about sports and exercise, and also love being around kids,” she said.

“I wanted to find a topic that combined these two and felt that there wasn’t enough information, knowledge or focus on physical development in the early years, especially for mothers.

“I wanted to learn not only to help my own children, but to continue working in this field to emphasize the importance of children moving from a young age.”

Pippa married former professional racing driver James, 46, in 2017 and they already have two children together, son Arthur, three, and Grace, one.

Rumors of her third pregnancy surfaced last month when she appeared at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Pippa wore a lime green dress and appeared to be showing a baby bump – as reported by Page Six, a source had said the couple were “so happy”.

A few weeks later, the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister pushed a pram in London and wore a loose navy blue dress that fueled the rumours.

The Duchess has maintained close relationships with her parents, brothers, sisters and their families, even as her role within the royal family has become more sophisticated.

The Middletons are often silent pillars of support at high-profile moments in Kate Middleton’s life, including the recent carol concert at Westminster Abbey.

Pippa and James’ move to Berkshire comes after their own brother James moved to the area last year.

In an interview with Good Housekeeping UK magazine last year, her mother Carol described herself as “hands on” with her grandchildren.

“I want to run down the hills, climb the trees and go through the tunnel to the playground,” she said. “As long as I’m able to, I’ll do it. I cook with them, I fool around, dance, we go on bike rides.”

She added: “I’m not one to sit on the couch for long. I have a lot of energy.’

Pippa’s news comes weeks after her sister Kate revealed she is still brooding over a fourth child on a visit to Cambridgeshire with husband Prince William.

During her recent County Day appointment at Newmarket Racecourse, Kate looked delighted as she held the boy, who was wearing a pink dress.

A video of the sweet moment shows the mother-of-three smiling and talking to the baby, who asked her if she could hold her and told her mom, “I love babies.”

Meanwhile, Prince William was spotted lounging nearby watching his wife cuddle the tot, and Kate was certainly in no rush to leave as he urged her to move on.
