Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall (née Haack)’s children are expecting another half-sibling – and they couldn’t be more excited Heather Rae El Moussa (née Young) revealed.
“The funniest thing about the whole thing is how sweet and supportive Tay and Bray were,” he said Sell sunset star, 34, wrote an Instagram post detailing her stepchildren’s reaction to her pregnancy. In the heartwarming social media upload are Taylor, 11, and Brayden, 6 – who are also older siblings to Hudson, 2, who mum Hall, 39, shares with ex-husband ant instead — cradled her bonus mom’s belly in separate pics. Both had big grins on their faces.
“They’re trying to guess gender and have so much fun making up names,” Heather added of the children her husband, 40, shares with his ex-wife and ex-wife flip or flop costar. “And it’s so sweet that every day that we have kids, Bray comes up to me and says, ‘How big is your baby today?’ And he puts his ear to my stomach and says, ‘I can hear the baby’ 🥺 My heart!!!!”
The Netflix star has been candid about Tarek and the children’s unwavering support throughout her IVF journey, which she revealed in November 2021.
“I have to say having Tarek, Taylor and Brayden there for moral support was everything,” Heather said exclusively Us weekly in May, stating that she wanted to “involve.” [the kids] throughout the process.” She added, “They would sing with me and hold my hand and stand in the bathroom with me.”
The realtor gushed even more about Taylor and Brayden in her Friday Instagram post.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I think my heart would be so filled with being a stepmom… and now I get to be a mom myself ❤️,” she noted in the caption. “It’s crazy how life works. In a minute you’re not wondering when “the one” came into your life, meet the love of your life, help raise two incredible kids, get married, imagine having a baby until you’re 🤰. “
Heather’s journey to pregnancy was “emotional,” she said Us in May, and one filled with “ups and downs.” She took a break from her IVF treatments in April and told us a month later that she didn’t have much hope that she and Tarek would conceive this summer.
“We were planning to implant this summer and it’s already May and summer is just around the corner,” she said Us back then. Much to her delight, Heather’s prediction didn’t come true — and she and Tarek seem happier than ever in various aspects of their lives.
After a blowout fight with Hall at a football game in May – during which Tarek was photographed pulling Heather away from his ex-wife – a source recounted Us on Thursday 14 July that “there have been no problems [between the three parents] spat since the soccer game.”
The insider shared, “They are all on good terms now and hope to continue to be peaceful parents together.”
