Dolby claims that two-thirds of Billboard’s top 100 artists are now available in Atmos

The future of how we listen to music seems increasingly likely to lie in immersive audio after a report from Dolby claimed more big-name acts are offering their music in the Atmos format.

As reported by Music Ally during a conference call on the company’s financial results (opens in new tab) Earlier this week, Dolby CEO Kevin Yeaman revealed to investors, “We have two-thirds of the top 100 Billboard artists who have a song or songs available in Dolby Atmos.”
