Daniel Arsham to design Metaverse real estate for The Row

In collaboration between The Alexander team and Everywhere, a Metaverse property development company, is launching The Row, an exclusive collection of Metaverse properties featuring architecture designed by a variety of talented artists. The 30-part collection, made up of individual NFTs, will live at the Mona Platform.

“The Metaverse has no physics, no weather, and no limitations other than human ingenuity,” said Jannie Yorio, CEO of Everyrealm, adding, “The Row brings together visionary artists best known for their architectural landscapes, and Collectors looking for a unique limited edition abode that they have can be provided on many different metaverses over time.”

The stunning works were created by artists Daniel Arsham, Misha Kahn, Andre Reisinger, Alexis Christodoulou, Six N. Fiveand Difficult. The artist’s works will each be sold as individual NFTs later this year and are available by invitation only through an application process on The Row’s website.

The first builds of The Row will be hosted on the Metaversum world-building platform Mona, with a future goal of interoperability and deployment of the structures across a variety of Metaversum platforms.

In addition to producing work for The Row, Arsham serves as a creative ambassador for Everyrealm and is the founder of Snarkitecture, a New York-based collaborative design practice that explores the boundaries between disciplines. The convergence of his unique experience in physical work, interior design and NFTs is evident in the creation of his work for The Row.

“In the Metaverse, you don’t have to conform to the many limitations of creating spaces, exhibits, and artwork in the physical world,” Arsham said, adding, “In designing for The Row, I thought about how my sculptures would look.” would appear from inside this unique piece of architecture. I investigated the possibility of seasonality; how I could be able to change the seasons and how the design could last forever both day and night.”

According to The Alexander Team, one of the key concepts behind The Row was to create a Metaverse experience for its existing clients that matches the level of curation, exclusivity and value of the properties they own in the physical world. The Alexander team is known for having some of the highest profile clients, highest quality properties and trophy quality collectible properties. It now aims to make The Row “the most recognizable real estate development in many metaverses” in a series of iconic landmarks that will be accessible on a global scale.

As the Metaverse has grown in popularity and Web3 adoption has increased, the project creators have received significant support. Behind Everyrealm are names like a16z, Coinbase, Dapper Labs, The Weekend, Marc Anthony, Paris Hilton and more. In addition, the project’s host platform recently adopted Mona behaved nearly $15 million in an oversubscribed Series A funding round, delivering continued scalability.

Elsewhere in Web3, Highstreet X turns 8-bit large retailers into metaverse entrances.
